Acupuncture
What is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is a gentle, evidence-informed treatment that supports the body’s natural healing processes by stimulating specific points with fine, sterile needles. It can help reduce pain, decrease muscle tension, improve circulation, and regulate the nervous system. At Fine Tuned Health & Performance, acupuncture is commonly used to support recovery from injury, manage chronic pain, and improve overall physical and mental well-being.
Our Registered Acupuncturist works collaboratively with our chiropractic, massage therapy, psychotherapy, and active rehabilitation team to provide coordinated, patient-centred care. Treatments are individualized and may include acupuncture, cupping therapy, Tui Na, Gua Sha, and scraping therapy.
Whether used on its own or as part of an integrated care plan, acupuncture can support recovery, improve function, and enhance overall quality of life.
