Amanda earned an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy from Centennial College and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, as well as being a member of the RMTAO. Prior to her massage therapy career, she obtained a HBSc in Health Sciences and Psychology from the University of Toronto.

Her journey in healthcare began in 2017, working as a Physiotherapy Assistant and Administrative Assistant, which provided her with a solid foundation in understanding the human body from a rehabilitative perspective. Complementing this knowledge, Amanda has a background in dance, having trained, performed, and taught for several years.

Utilizing a hands-on approach, Amanda incorporates various massage techniques including Swedish, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Prenatal/Postnatal, and Trigger Point Release into her treatments. She has also pursued further education in Cupping Therapy, enhancing her skills and versatility as a massage therapist.

With her extensive knowledge and experience, clients can trust they are in capable hands with Amanda. Outside of the clinic, you can find Amanda dancing, kickboxing, and baking in her spare time.
