History
Matthew’s fascination with the human body began in childhood, fueled by his experiences playing competitive hockey, tennis and soccer. This developed his passion for physical performance, injury prevention and rehabilitation. He received chiropractic care for multiple injuries along the way, such as common neck and low back pain from studying, which has allowed him to remain healthy and injury-free.
Matthew graduated with Dean’s Honours for a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree from the University of Waterloo in 2024. He wanted to continue his studies to fulfill his lifelong passion of becoming a chiropractor, and he is a now a second-year student in the Doctor of Chiropractic program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Goals
With Matthew’s strong interest in the fields of chiropractic and kinesiology, he aims to help as many people as possible through hands-on work and exercise. He hopes to educate others with the knowledge gained from many years of studies, while continuing to learn along the way to provide them with the best care possible.

Personal Interests
Matthew continually involves himself in sports he grew up playing, while also finding an interest in long-distance running. He completed his first of hopefully many half-marathons, and is hoping to run a full marathon in the near future.
Matthew grew up camping multiple times a year with family and friends, which has led to his passion for being outdoors and exploring nature through biking and hiking.
Feel free to discuss sports with Matthew, as his passion for sports travels across many platforms.
