  • Patellar tendinitis is when the tendon that goes from the knee to the shin becomes irritated. This tendon is known as the patellar tendon.

  • Jumper’s knee can be caused by sports or overuse

  • Common symptoms are swelling, pain around the patella during running, jumping etc
