Physiotherapy
What is Physiotherapy?
Physiotherapists are experts in assessing and treating conditions related to movement, function, and overall physical health, with a focus on muscles, joints, and biomechanics.
We use a personalized, evidence-based approach to help you recover from injury, reduce pain, improve mobility, and build strength for a long-term performance and resilience.
Through a comprehensive history and a detailed physical assessment, we identify the root cause of your symptoms and create a treatment plan tailored to you and your goals.
Treatment may include a combination of manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, dry needling, movement retraining, and education to support recovery, prevent re-injury, and optimize how you move and perform.
