Psychotherapy
What is Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is a collaborative, evidence-based process that helps individuals understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours while building healthier patterns and coping skills. At Fine Tuned Health & Performance, our psychotherapy services are designed to support children, youth, young adults, and athletes through life’s emotional challenges, performance pressures, and mental health concerns.
Tatiana, our psychotherapist, integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and a trauma-informed approach to create a safe, supportive space where clients can build resilience, confidence, and emotional balance. Sessions are individualized, goal-oriented, and tailored to your unique needs — whether you’re managing anxiety, recovering from trauma, navigating identity, or looking to improve performance in sport and life.
