This is a small-group class is specifically programmed to support individuals managing arthritis, improve their balance, prevent falls, and those looking to enhance joint health and mobility. This fun, comprehensive class targets both the upper body and lower body, including key areas affected by arthritis, including shoulders, knees, hips, knees, and overall core strength.

Feel Better

Move Better

Participants will experience a combination of specific strength-training exercises, balance exercises, stretches, and low-impact cardio to reduce pain and inflammation, increase mobility and joint function, and enhance overall resilience.

6 Class Program

May 14-May 31

The program will run on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 10am from May 14-May 31, 2024.

Each class is 55 min.

Cost: $60 + HST for all 6 classes (2 classes per week), or $15 + HST for a single class.
